The Right to Murder - DVD

A serial killer is on the loose in the streets of New York, leaving disturbing poems with his victims that describe his horrific acts. Two seasoned detectives and long-time partners, Fisk and Cowan, are assigned to the case. It seems the whole affair has ties to their previous cases, and the trail also leads into the police force itself.
