Every week, Linda Davidson regularly visits her best friend, who has Alzheimer's disease, at a care home. During one of these visits, she meets Jenny Cooper, a peculiar old lady with dementia. Jenny unabashedly tells her that she has killed several people in her life. Linda dismisses it as the ramblings of a sick mind—until one of the patients at the home dies.
