With The Sims 3: For the first time ever in the history of this game series, you can experience life in the future with your sim. Just activate the time portal and enter a whole new world. Explore the super-modern technologies of the future and learn a new Advanced Technology skill that you can then take back to the present. A brand new tool allows you to create your own Plumbot and let it become part of your home. Each Plumbot can be reprogrammed at will using special chips with unique properties that affect its behaviour. Sims can travel from the present to the future and back again, while watching how their actions in the past affect the future.
