The Triumph of the Dwarves
The Hidden Land is not destined to live in peace for long.
Although the former rulers of this beautiful realm have been definitively defeated, a new danger lurks right in the heart of the council of wise kings and queens. And it has the face of a young, innocent girl who lost her parents under dramatic circumstances...
The dwarves, however, immediately know that something isn't right. Their allies are suddenly behaving strangely, and the defenders of the Hidden Land find themselves sidelined, sensing a new power on the rise that distrusts them. But how is a simple warrior, who would rather cleave his enemies with an axe than get entangled in courtly intrigues, supposed to find out the truth? Especially when problems with the elves get mixed in?
Yes, with the elves. They yearn to restore their ancient empire. And even though it doesn't seem like they're reaching for weapons to do it, their ruler has some very dark secrets. What's more, masked álfar have managed to infiltrate his subjects. All this means only one thing—mistrust is growing among former allies, and a single spark is all it will take to ignite a bloody and bitter war of all against all.
