The World of Begging - DVD

Dostál, a one-armed beggar, has been sitting on a Prague street for several years, where he regularly meets with Neprosil, a lawyer who passes by. He goes to a nearby vending machine, mainly because of the beautiful girl Zorka.

He has no idea that she's the beggar Dostal's ward. He's too shy to approach her. One day a beggar and a lawyer get into a conversation. Neprosil is financially in bad shape, so Dostál offers him a job and even a sublet in his apartment. However, the old beggar does not want the lawyer to take an interest in Zorka, so the two young people meet secretly. One day Zorka finds out that she is pregnant and the lovers have to come clean. But it won't be that easy.
