This Country Is Not for Decent People

A high-stakes game with four cards.
A ninety-year-old lonely widower.
Jakub, a confident millennial.
Jana, a slightly mysterious girl.
An estate.
Who will rake in the jackpot, and who will be left with the Old Maid?
One day, a postman unexpectedly delivers a book to a reclusive widower, written by his distant relative. The quiet, grey stereotype of the solitary old man's life is suddenly transformed into a colourful mosaic of stories and encounters, meant to brighten and fill his uncle's loneliness. Or does the kind, sincere, and intelligent young man have another agenda? Jana knows the truth, but she disappeared somewhere unknown some time ago.
