Tibet in Nepal - DVD

Tibet in Nepal - DVD
A romantic montage of the most beautiful shots from an expedition in western Nepal. In the remote region of Inner Dolpo, you can find Tibetan culture untouched by the Chinese Cultural Revolution. The local Bhotia people have lived the same life of daily rituals for centuries, in perfect harmony with gods, people, animals and the mountains. The film is a collection of visual insights into daily life in a completely remote and inaccessible region of the mountainous Himalayas, west of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna massifs, right on the border with Tibet. These short film sketches have no commentary and are edited only to the music of Martin Kratochvíl.
