To Rome with Love - DVD

On his tour of Europe, director Woody Allen arrives in the capital of Italy, where he plays with the fates of several different people. The film is composed of four short stories. In the first story, an older married couple (Judy Davis and Woody Allen) comes to Rome to meet their daughter's fiancé, whom her neurotic father isn't exactly thrilled about. Another story in the film is about a prostitute (Penélope Cruz) whose task is to fulfil a client's every wish, though he has little idea what this strange woman wants from him. In the next part, an Italian crowd mistakes a man (Roberto Benigni) for a film star, and his life is turned upside down. In the final short story, we meet a young American couple (Greta Gerwig and Jesse Eisenberg) whose lives are shaken up by two unexpected visitors, played by Ellen Page and Alec Baldwin.
