The war of two advanced alien civilizations, the “good“ Autobots and the “evil“ Decepticons, has been raging in the universe around us virtually since time immemorial. So far, she has avoided us, but when these advanced mechanoids discover a source of energy on Earth that can bring ultimate victory to either side, our planet will turn into hell on earth (or rather in space).

We experience their invasion together with the teenager Sam ( Shia LaBeouf ), who so far has only been bothered by school, the absence of a proper car and a girl named Mikaela (Megan Fox), who prefers his classmates. The moment the first reports of destructive robots appear on television, he starts to have one more problem. It is he who unknowingly hides the key to that vital energy source, so he is entitled to first place on the list of endangered species. Right behind him is the rest of our civilization.
