Turbo - DVD

Turbo is an ordinary little snail with a big dream. He isn't satisfied with life at a snail's pace; he longs for much greater speed. He trains constantly, measuring his progress with a metre stick. He can currently "run" one metre in seventeen minutes. Because of this, he doesn't quite fit in with the snail community. Big dreams and high speed aren't valued among snails; a more important measure is the hours worked on their main source of food, their "native" tomato plant. Turbo's brother, Chet, whose motto is "Safety first, last, and everywhere in between", loves his brother but also worries that Turbo's obsession with speed will one day lead him to disaster. His worst fears are realised when Turbo leaves his home tomato plant and ventures out into the world to fulfil his dreams of greater speed.
