Tyr: Hel LTD

LP Record With their album Hel, Týr from the Faroe Islands prove more clearly than ever that they belong to the pinnacle of Scandinavian metal. The band's eighth album offers unpretentiously melodic and enchanting progressive folk metal that will instantly resonate with those who have followed the musicians' two-decade-long career. Although the group is known for its fast pace, releasing its first five full-length albums in seven years, six years passed between Valkyrja and Hel – more time than ever before between one production and the next. In the meantime, the band toured constantly around the world, including with Children Of Bodom across North America and as part of the 70,000 Tons of Metal tour. However, work on the new album was also delayed by other factors.
