Various: Violin Concerto / Two Romance (Midori) - CD

The outstanding and distinctive Japanese violinist Midori already has a successful career spanning more than 35 years, and we have had the opportunity to hear her perform in our country several times. To mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of the musical genius Ludwig van Beethoven, Midori is releasing his famous violin concerto, complemented by two Romances for violin and orchestra.

The recording was made in March of this year and was planned as part of a subsequent tour of Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Singapore, China, and South Korea, which was understandably cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
