Visual impairment
The monograph introduces the issue of interdisciplinary cooperation with the possibility of using the knowledge of applied behavioural analysis in various activities of an individual in his environment and possible changes in his behaviour when the environment changes. Several sets of subjects with different visual impairments are presented here, whose correction of their own refractive error and vision rehabilitation process used techniques that form the basis of applied behavioural analysis.
It is therefore a presentation of the possibilities of working with clients with visual impairments in training with individual types of optical corrective aids, which often significantly increase their visual function, thus strengthening the individual and enabling them to integrate into everyday life. By strengthening their individuality, we will achieve better social acceptance and acceptance.
A similar type of monograph has not yet been published in our countries.
