Vojtaano: 2020 - CD

The second studio album, simply titled “2020”, contains eleven songs of diverse genres. The sometimes more mature themes of some of the lyrics do not get in the way of the artist's classic playfulness and lightheartedness. He still doesn't shy away from strong language, but overall it has less space on the album than on his debut, The Beast of Vojtaano. Musically, everything still revolves around the guitar, with simple acoustic arrangements transitioning through blues, reggae, and hip-hop to electronic dance music. Guest collaborators on the album include Zeller (Cocotte Minute), Adam Hejna (Fast Food Orchestra), Phill Kotty, and Petr Zeman.
Behind the artistic pseudonym Vojtaano is the actor and stand-up comedian Vojtěch Záveský. The public knows him from the series Vinaři, Kriminálka Anděl, and Případy 1. oddělení. Musically, Vojtaano made a significant impression with two successful recordings in 2016. He composed and recorded the track Lavina for the hit online series from the football world, Vyšehrad, and with the humorous song and animated video Budulínek vs. Galantní Jelen, he appealed to several generations of YouTube users.

Year of release: 2021 (2nd album)
