Volleyball

The Czech volleyball personality and his team of collaborators bring a unique way of explaining volleyball technique to players, coaches, teachers and all volleyball fans. The book maps the training of volleyball skills simultaneously from three angles, from the point of view of an experienced coach Rada, a former player and at the same time a novice coach Doskákal and a sports theorist Nezazil. These three gentlemen try to get to the heart of the partial problems in conversation, and so they take the reader through an interesting exercise of basic hitting, game actions, synergy and basic game combinations. More than 130 colour photographs and 120 game diagrams are then used to translate their experience into practical applications and exercises. Thanks to its layout, the book allows for a better understanding of the interpretation by the players themselves, as well as their coaches, teachers and parents.
