Vondráčková Helena: Today (4x CD) - CD

The Today set summarises the studio albums Helena Vondráčková recorded in this decade - Desires, The Magic of Christmas, Dávno vím svý - and as a novelty it includes an audio recording of the TV edit of her birthday concert I'll Go On, which Helena used to start the year of her jubilee celebrations this April. It featured the biggest hits, including this year's fresh ones, attractive cocktail styles, duets with Leona Machálková, Jitka Zelenková, Jan Cina and Fragile.

Helena Vondráčková, singer, dancer, tap dancer and actress, has been one of the absolute leaders of the Czech music scene for several decades. However, her territory has also extended far beyond the borders of the country - she has celebrated success in many countries on several continents and is a regular guest on Slovak, Polish and German stages. Her film credits are also significant and her musical roles (most recently The Man with the Iron Mask) have played a prominent role in her career. The singer with a reputation as a complete professional and perfectionist celebrated a significant anniversary this year.
