Vrba Endowment Fund - Help for widowed families with children

There are over 60,000 widowed families in the Czech Republic. The parents' life partner died, and the children lost one of the main certainties they knew - mom or dad. They need a helping hand on practical issues so that everyone can get back to life. To a different than these families knew, but to a life in which they would have reason to seek joy and smiles.

The Vrba Endowment Fund is a non-governmental non-profit organization that was founded in 2016 by the Back to Life Association. Provides practical help and support to widowed families with dependent children.

In the Vrba Endowment Fund, they provide practical assistance to young widowed families whose one parent has died and the surviving parent is caring for or preparing for a dependent child (if the man dies during the partner' s pregnancy). It helps families with the administrative requirements of all institutions. It also offers its clients practical support services - housewives and craftsmen for widowed families, childcare and psychotherapeutic services - self-help groups and joint meetings. Just joint meetings e. g. on weekend stays they are very necessary and healing for families, widowed families can share their stories, enjoy free time with your children, attend interesting lectures, seminars and workshops, relax, rest and gain the necessary strength to manage everything, what awaits them in the difficult way back to life.
