W.I.T.C.H. Comics 1-3

Long ago, spirits and creatures lived under one sky. There was one great empire ruled by the harmony of nature. One day, however, Evil entered the kingdom. The massive Kondrakar fortress was created to protect the good. There watches the Brotherhood of the most powerful spirits and magical creatures. The highest of these is the Oracle. His wisdom is much needed, for sometimes the power of Kondrakar is all that keeps Evil from penetrating where it has no place. In these troubled times, Kondrakar seeks out his Guardians in the most unlikely places, such as an ordinary town where five ordinary girls live. Irma, whose element is Water. Taranee, who controls the Fire. Cornelia, ruling the forces of Earth. Hay Lin, with the lightness and freedom of Air. And Will, who guards the Heart of Kondrakar, a special crystal jewel where all the elements of nature meet and together create pure energy. Together they are W. I. T. C. H. - five young Guardians of Kondrakar.
