Waterman Boreček

Boreček the Water Sprite
Let's travel back to a time when a little water sprite named Boreček lived by the quiet Pšovka River – a kind-hearted protector of nature who preferred helping people and animals to scaring them. This book contains seventeen fairy tales full of gentle humour, suspense, and magic, in which Boreček rights wrongs, protects the purity of the water, helps poor children, punishes poachers and mischief-makers, and shows that a good heart has more power than any spell.
Each story brings a drop of poetry, wit, and kindness – and a reminder that nature must be protected and that goodness is not a weakness, but a strength.
