Wayne Tion: Green With Envy - CD

Debut album from the North London rapper. The drill track collection is led by the successful singles Body, Wow and Wid It.

Originally from North London, Tion Wayne is a rapper and DJ. He will forever remain in British music history as the first representative of the drill style to conquer the singles chart. With the single Body, he finally managed to make it globally and brought such a little-known style from the underground to the top of the charts. Drill is a genre that was born in the south suburbs of Chicago around 2010, characterized by dark atmospheres, nihilistic lyrics reflecting life on the streets, and ominous trap beats.

Year of publication: 2021 (1. album)
