Wishes up for grabs - DVD

Told with poetry, playfulness and humour, Wish for the Taking tells several stories of love in its different forms: the trials of teenager Albert, who is head over heels in love – unrequitedly – with his best friend's sister; the love between Albert's parents, a variety magic duo going through a mid-life crisis; and also parental love, as the heartbreaker and rascal Bosák Junior tries to win the attention and love of his father, a powerful hotelier. In the end, Albert and everyone else realise that happiness doesn't require spells and magic, but rather the courage to change things for the better. That's not to say, however, that real spells and magic don't exist.
