Yello: Point

LP Record The Swiss pioneers of electropop return with their new, fourteenth studio album. The Yello album is a sonic journey into the blue. We know where the journey begins, but have no idea where it will end. This has always been the case, and their latest release, "Point", is no different. Dieter Meier and Boris Blank – a creative duo that could have been dreamt up by Hergé (of Tintin fame). One of them, Blank, dreams up melodies, which drives the other, Meier, to a frenzy, compelling him to hammer out wild Dadaist stories on his typewriter. One of them, Blank, is most at home in the hermitage of his studio. The other, Meier, travels the world in seven-league boots. The two have been making music together for forty years. There's no sign of old age in sight.
