Medicol+ is a multi-fibre product containing fine psyllium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bowel movements, and inulin, a prebiotic fibre. These two ingredients can help you get your recommended daily dose of fibre. The third key ingredient is the 5 strains of live cultures that occur naturally in the digestive tract of a healthy person. Medicol+ has an extra benefit for you in that it contains digestive enzymes and three botanical ingredients, ginger root, peppermint leaves and fennel seed.
