Medicol plus is a multi-fibre product containing fine psyllium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bowel movements, and inulin, a probiotic fibre. Fibre is a key component of a varied and balanced diet. These two ingredients can help you get your recommended daily dose of fibre. The third key ingredient is the 5 strains of live cultures that occur naturally in the digestive tract of a healthy person. Medicol plus has an extra benefit for you - it contains a mixture of plant digestive enzymes that help to better break down food in the digestive tract.

Recommended dosage
Adults:
3-8 capsules 1-2 times a day.
Children:
1/2 adult dose, always under parental supervision. Take preferably 10 minutes before a meal with 1-2 glasses of water or fruit juice. The capsules can be split in half and the contents poured into the drink. We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing according to individual needs.
For children under 11 years of age, pregnant women, and persons who have undergone intestinal surgery, we recommend consulting a physician about the suitability of consumption.
Notice
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Store up to 25 °C away from sunlight and out of reach of children. It is not necessary to store in a cold place. If you experience any discomfort while taking it, stop taking it and consult your doctor.
