Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion and to the normal production of collagen. Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress and increases iron absorption.
Recommended daily dosage:
Adults 1 tablet 2-3 times a day
