Melatonin, or the hormone of darkness and sleep, helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime. The amount of the daily dose is sufficient to achieve a beneficial effect.
Composition
Content in one tablet:
Account. substances: Melatonin 5mg.
Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), magnesium stearate of vegetable origin (anti-caking agent).
