METALAC Taurus Max 200-2i, 200L, 2× exchanger, stainless steel

The METALAC Taurus Max 200-2i is an indirect water cylinder without a heating element. It connects to an external heat source, such as a gas boiler, electric boiler, fireplace insert with an exchanger, solid fuel boiler, photovoltaic power plant, or a heat pump. It has two exchangers and one or two heating rods. When hot water is required, the 3-way valve switches and the heat source begins to heat the water via the heating rod located inside the cylinder. It can heat water to a temperature of 75°C in 120 minutes. It offers protection against corrosion using a magnesium anode and thicker insulation, which ensures lower heat loss.

Recommendations before wall mounting:
Before mounting, you must check the load-bearing capacity of the wall and, depending on the type of masonry, choose a suitable anchoring material or reinforce the wall if necessary. Due to the different types of load-bearing masonry and the wide range of special anchoring materials available on the market, the manufacturer does not supply this material with the heater. The anchoring system must be chosen individually, according to the specific conditions. We recommend that wall mounting and anchoring be entrusted to a professional company.
