The Need for Omega-3 Fatty Acids
The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA found in Möller's products are important building blocks for all cells in the human body. Our bodies cannot produce them efficiently in sufficient quantities, so we must regularly supply them through our diet (preferably from oily sea fish) or food supplements. Fish oil is suitable for both children and adults. Möller's fish oil is produced from the highest quality cod liver—from fresh, wild-caught fish from the pure waters of the Norwegian Sea. Recommended Dosage
For adults and children from 3 years of age, 5ml (one teaspoon) daily. Ideally taken with a meal (for faster absorption of the active ingredients). 5ml corresponds to the volume of a large teaspoon. Contains no sugar, lactose or gluten (suitable for coeliacs).
