After completing your order, our call centre staff will contact you to specify the date and installation details to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Yes. Our two-man crew will carry the appliance all the way to your apartment and place it where you need it (applies to delivery to a single apartment or commercial space).
It's simple. If you wish, our crew will take away your old appliance as well. What do you need to do?
- The old appliance must be unplugged, clean and complete.
- In the case of washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, refrigerators or freezers, they also must be dry and defrosted.
- There must be no water in the appliance.
Note: Not complying with the conditions listed gives our staff the right not to remove your old appliance to prevent damage to other products.
Old appliances can only be taken away when a new one is delivered, on a one-for-one basis (e.g., a new fridge for an old fridge or an old appliance of similar or smaller size).
Yes, the installation unit price decreases when you order the installation of multiple built-in appliances.
- Installing 1 built-in appliance: 1,758 CZK (12% VAT) or 1,899 CZK (21% VAT)
- Installing 2 built-in appliances: 1,573 CZK (12% VAT) or 1,699 CZK (21% VAT)
- Installing 3 or more built-in appliances: 1,480 CZK (12% VAT) or 1,599 CZK (21% VAT)
The reduced VAT rate is applied when the conditions of § 48 and § 49 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax (hereinafter referred to as "VAT Act") are met if the customer purchases the installation at the same time as the built-in appliance.
This applies in particular, but not exclusively, to non-entrepreneurs (non-taxable persons without a completed VAT number and VAT number), provided the following conditions are met:
- the appliance is built into a completed building for housing or a building for social housing in accordance with Sections 48 and 49 of the VAT Act. The decisive factor is the information on the use of the building registered in the Land Registry,
- the customer specifies in the order the delivery address for the installation of the built-in appliance, where the housing or social housing building is located according to the regulations governing the Land Registry.
If the customer is an entrepreneur or a facility providing residential social services referred to in § 48 (5) (d) to (k) of the VAT Act and at the same time meets the conditions of § 48 and § 49 of the VAT Act for the application of the reduced VAT rate, contact Alza customer service and the possibility of applying the reduced rate is assessed individually.
Of course, you can purchase the service, but unfortunately, you cannot apply the reduced VAT rate.

Yes, safety is paramount for us. Our technicians wear protective gloves and respirators throughout the entire appliance removal and installation process. Every day, we also disinfect all our vehicles and, if necessary, use ozonation.
