Hot air frying and slow cooking programme
When hot air frying, you can use much less fat or even no fat at all. You'll be surprised how great chips or chicken wings can taste when cooked this way. The slow cooking programme is ideal for gentle, slow and even baking, which seals the juices inside, keeping the food super tender and juicy. Suitable for preparing meat, fish or baked goods on a single level.
Pizza programme
With the special Pizza programme, the oven reaches a temperature of up to 300°C, enabling quick pizza preparation even at home. Thanks to the high temperature, the dough stays soft and the toppings fresh. To achieve the best results, it's important that the oven is sufficiently preheated before baking.
Pyrolytic self-cleaning of the oven interior
The pyrolytic cleaning function heats the inside of the oven to 460°C, which burns off all impurities. This removes even baked-on food residue that would otherwise have to be scraped or scrubbed off. After the pyrolytic cleaning is complete, just let the oven cool down. All you have to do is wipe away the small ash particles with a cloth once the oven has cooled.
Operating the Mora VTPS oven
The telescopic runners make handling baking trays easier, while the soft-closing and opening door adds comfort to everyday use. The triple-glazed CoolDoor remains cool and safe even during pyrolytic cleaning. The pyrolytic cleaning function removes dirt using high temperatures; once the oven has cooled, you simply wipe away the residue with a cloth. The oven also has an energy class A rating.

The oven's interior features a 100% high-quality enamelled surface; a triple coating promotes heat reflection and provides additional insulation. This solution, along with the oven's high-quality insulation and multi-glazed door, saves energy and delivers excellent baking results. Plus, you'll also save thanks to the maximum-visibility window. The door is all-glass, so you have a perfect view of what's happening in the oven, regardless of which level you place your food on. So, unless you need to, you don't have to open the oven at all during baking. The heat is kept inside, which optimises energy consumption.

With the special programme for ready-made and frozen meals, you can prepare a tasty lunch faster and without preheating the oven. The programme is designed for the quick preparation of various types of ready-made and frozen dishes. You can enjoy chicken nuggets, lasagne, chips or croissants.
The MORA oven is easy to handle
The special door mechanism requires only a gentle pull to get things moving. The special telescopic racks, made of sturdy metal, slide out very easily with your prepared dish, which you can then simply remove. You'll also appreciate this mechanism when you need to sprinkle grated cheese on your dish during baking.
Automatic gratinating with the Mora VTPS
The pre-set automatic gratinating function is the ideal assistant for finishing off your cooking, for example, to melt cheese on baked vegetables, create a golden crust on a roast chicken, or caramelise honey on a duck. Depending on the model, activate the function after cooking by pressing a button or selecting it from the menu. The function automatically starts the large grill element at 300°C for 10 minutes. The function can be activated after a minimum of 10 minutes of baking.
Personalisation of settings
You can adjust the volume of the sound signals, change the display brightness level, or turn off the clock display via standby mode. If you often bake recipes that require a preheated oven, you can also activate the rapid preheat function for selected heating types. Thanks to the adaptive function, the oven remembers the last set baking time. When activated, the night mode automatically dims the display during the night.
Double grill element of the Mora VTPS oven
The double grill element ensures that meat, vegetables, and other dishes are cooked evenly and thoroughly. It consists of two heating coils, with the larger coil surrounding the smaller one. This arrangement ensures an effective distribution of heat over the entire surface of the food. The result is a beautifully golden surface and a juicy interior. It also helps to achieve thorough cooking without the risk of burning.
