Magnesium (magnesium) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, normal energy metabolism, normal protein synthesis. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, mental function, normal bones, teeth and electrolyte balance. It is also involved in the process of cell division.

Recommended dosage

1-2 capsules per day, with liquid. It can be taken at any time of the day. To improve sleep and muscle relaxation, it should be taken in the evening before bedtime.
