Active ingredients in EXTRA STRONG probiotics

Probiotic complex - probiotic (friendly) bacteria are an essential part of the intestines and form the so-called "probiotic complex". intestinal microflora. Thus, they fundamentally affect immunity, contribute to digestion and digestion, help to produce vitamin B12 and vitamin K, and provide a natural barrier against pathogenic microorganisms that cause infections.

Inulin - plant polysaccharide, works as a prebiotic, promotes the growth of friendly intestinal bacteria.

Recommended use and dosage

Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals. Microorganisms are able to survive various conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food (e.g. oatmeal with low-fat milk) rather than just water or juice. If you or your child are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a little liquid up to 30 °C.

Probiotics are also recommended for any change in diet and environment, for example when travelling to foreign destinations. In this case, start taking probiotics as early as min. a week before departure.
