Recommended dosage
1 bag per day. Pour the contents of the sachet into your mouth and allow to dissolve freely. It can also be mixed with a small amount of liquid up to 30 °C and drunk. Take in the evening after a meal, ideally just before bedtime. For best effect, do not eat or drink after taking.
