Use
In cases of diarrhoea, constipation, infections, and after taking antibiotics, the gut microflora can be disturbed, which may have a negative impact on your overall health. It is also recommended to take probiotics during any change in diet or environment, for example when travelling to foreign destinations. In this case, start taking the probiotics at least one week before departure.
Ingredients
Carrier: maltodextrin, Probiotic complex (Lactobacillus acidophilus LA85, Bifidobacterium lactis BLA80, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRa05, Bifidobacterium breve BBf60, Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB42, Lactobacillus plantarum Lp90, Lactobacillus casei LC89, Lactococcus lactis LLa61, Bifidobacterium bifidum BBI32, Streptococcus thermophilus ST81, Lactobacillus paracasei LC86), bulking agent: potato starch, L-ascorbic acid, inulin, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, HPMC capsule.
Recommended dosage
1–2 capsules daily with food. The microorganisms are able to survive various conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food such as full-fat milk compared to taking them with just water or juice. This is because probiotics from the Lactobacillus strain may be better able to survive when taken with carbohydrates. A small amount of fat may also help improve survival in the acidic environment of the stomach.
Warning
If you or your child are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a small amount of liquid at a temperature of up to 30°C. This is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Consume by the date shown on the packaging.
