Active substances in MOVit Probiotics
- Probiotic complex – probiotic (friendly) bacteria are an essential part of the gut and create what is known as the gut microflora. They therefore have a fundamental influence on immunity, are involved in digestion and digestive processes, help to produce vitamin B12 and vitamin K, and represent a natural barrier against pathogenic microorganisms that cause infections.
- Vitamin C – an important antioxidant, contributes to a strong immune system and overall health.
Recommended use and dosage
Take 1–2 capsules daily with food. The microorganisms are able to survive various conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better if taken with food (e.g., oatmeal with low-fat milk) rather than with just water or juice. If you or your child are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a small amount of liquid at a temperature of up to 30°C.
Combining with other products
To support immunity and recovery after illness, you can combine the probiotics with MOVit Omega 3 Premium+K2+D3+E. It contains 1,000mg of fish oil, which has a beneficial effect on the heart, blood vessels, brain, bones, immune system, and eyesight.
