Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule 2 × daily with meals. Microorganisms are able to survive various conditions in the stomach or intestines, but their survival is better when taken with food (e.g. oatmeal with low-fat milk) rather than just water or juice. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, it can be opened and the contents mixed with a little liquid up to 30 °C.
