Recommended Dosage

Increased dose:
2–3 capsules daily.
It is advisable to consult a doctor or a practitioner of Chinese medicine. It is recommended to take it for 5 days a week and then take a 2-day break. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 20 minutes before a meal or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. For children, the dosage should be reduced according to age.
