It is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
