Dosage

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of an extract of the Brazilian Acerola cherry.

Coprinus (Coprinus comatus) is highly valued in gastronomy, but it has also taken a firm place in European mycotherapy as well as in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been shown to contain significant amounts of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, all in an unusually balanced state. In addition, it has a high concentration of protein and essential amino acids, which are needed by humans. From a Chinese medicine perspective, it strengthens the Wei Qi Yin (energy and Yin of the Stomach system). In other words, it moistens and nourishes the stomach. We grow our Coprinus on a substrate that is a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, organic rice bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum.
