Dosage
Take the syrup on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.

About Elephant Syrup
Elephant Syrup is primarily aimed by its composition at conditions where a weakened Spleen produces pathological Shi (dampness) which rises, producing Tan (phlegm) and weakening the Fei (Lungs). From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, it strengthens Fei Qi (Lung Energy) - it provides the Lungs with the energy needed to breathe smoothly, transforms Tan (mucus) and removes Shi (dampness) to support breathing. Ensuring smooth and trouble-free breathing is the basic function of this syrup. Thanks to the perilla and liquorice, it supports the normal function of the respiratory system.
