Dosage
It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.

MycoAir II is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. It combines the effects of vital mushrooms and Chinese herbs in a balanced way. The author of the recipe is MUDr. Lucký, our leading specialist in traditional Chinese medicine. The MycoAir II blend contains a unique combination of the immunomodulatory effects of two selected mushrooms and five Chinese herbs. The product as a whole has a preventive effect. The combination of valerian, atractyl and idelweiss has a supportive effect on immunity. These three herbs have coexisted together for many centuries and form a herbal combination called Jade Windbreak or Defence Mound. By this name of the mixture, the ancient masters honored the excellent effect of herbs on immunity.
