The MycoComplex blend is a balanced combination of vital mushrooms and Acerola to support the immune system. The MycoComplex recipe is based on the traditional Chinese medicine formula Si Ge Mo Gu San.

Recommended Dosage
MycoComplex:
Standard dose:
1–2 capsules per day. 1 capsule contains 0.5g of mushrooms and herbs.
Increased dose:
3–10 capsules per day.
It is advisable to consult a doctor or a practitioner of Chinese medicine. We recommend taking the capsules for 5 days a week and then taking a 2-day break. Take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea. For children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to their age.
MycoBaby - Dragon Syrup:
The syrup is suitable for preventive use for about 1–2 months before a problematic period (autumn, start of nursery, etc.), but also if an illness has already broken out. Take the syrup on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea.
From 3 to 7 years:
5ml 1–3× daily
From 7 years:
5ml 2–6× daily
