Dosage

Take on an empty stomach half an hour before meals. 1 dose contains 3 g of mushrooms and herbs. Measure the powder with the provided spoon and mix in 2 dcl of lukewarm water. Children from 3 to 15 years 1/2 teaspoon per day.
