MycoMedica MycoSleep loose drink mix 90 g

The MycoSleep blend is a potent blend of the vital Reishi mushroom and jujube, which according to traditional medicine harmonizes sleep and has an An Shen effect (calms the spirit). The harmonious effect of the mixture is supported by a small dose of liquorice. MycoSleep is based on the traditional Chinese medicine recipe Ling Shui Mian San.

Dosage

1 teaspoon of powder per day, children from 3 to 15 years 1/2 teaspoon per day. Measure the powder with the provided spoon and mix in 2 dcl of lukewarm water. About MycoSleep

The combination of the vital Reishi mushroom and the Chinese herb jujube promotes sleep and harmonises the psyche. Reishi has the function of An shen in traditional Chinese medicine, which translates as "calming the spirit". We used Reishi in the form of finely ground powder, which is essential for this function. The second part of the mixture is Suan Zao Ren (jujube). A herb that Chinese traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have used for thousands of years in recipes for harmonious sleep. Gan Cao, or licorice, harmonizes the entire blend and promotes its absorption. The difference between MycoSleep and MycoStress is that according to traditional Chinese medicine, MycoSleep acts on XIN (the element of fire - Heart, the seat of the soul Shen) and MycoStress acts on GAN (the element of wood - Liver, the seat of the soul Hun).
