Active ingredients
- Hericium erinaceus (coral coral) - Fruit extract containing min. 30% polysaccharides. Hericium is traditionally used to support cognitive function and the nervous system. Within TCM it is valued for its ability to nourish Shen and promote mental clarity.
- Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) - Double extract of the fruit with min. 30% polysaccharides and 4% triterpenes. Reishi contributes to natural immunity, supports normal circulatory function and helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. In TCM, Shen calms the spirit and promotes balance of the mind.
- Bacopa monnieri - Extract of the plant. Bacopa is traditionally associated with supporting memory, concentration and cognitive function. In combination with other ingredients, it supports mental performance and long-term mental balance.
- L-theanine (Camellia sinensis) - Tea tree leaf extract. L-theanine is known for its calming effects on the mind without sedation. It contributes to better concentration, mental calm and balance between alertness and relaxation.
- Ginkgo biloba - Standardized leaf extract containing 24% flavonoids and 6% terpenoids. Ginkgo helps maintain mental well-being, supports memory and cognitive function, and contributes to normal blood circulation, which is related to brain performance and clear thinking.
- Acerola (Malpighia glabra) - Fruit extract containing natural vitamin C. Vitamin C helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports normal immune system function.
- Ren Shen (Ginseng) - Root extract. Ginseng supports memory, concentration, vitality and mental performance. It contributes to normal cognitive and mental performance, natural immunity and overall vitality.
- Xiang Feng Cao (Lemon Balm) - Leaf and flower extract 5:1. Lemon balm contributes to a positive mood, relaxation, healthy sleep and cognitive and mental health. It is traditionally used to calm the nervous system.
- Coenzyme Q10 - A functional substance involved in cellular energy metabolism. It supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress and the energy balance of the body.
- CBD (cannabidiol) - Isolate. CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that is part of a complex to promote mental balance and nervous system harmony.
- CBG (cannabigerol) - Isolate. CBG is a natural cannabinoid that complements the effects of CBD in its complex action on the nervous system.

Recommended dosage
Normal dose:
2 capsules per day.
Take the capsules preferably on an empty stomach - at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal. Wash down with plenty of water or weak green tea. We recommend a regimen of 5 days of use and 2 days off each week.
