Dosage

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. Polyporus (choros nut, Polyporus umbellatus) contains many bioactive components, such as vitamins and minerals, polysaccharides - beta glucans, ergosterols - polyporusterones A-G, ergostenons, Steroids, anthraquinones, nucleosides, D-mannitol. It is a relatively rare mushroom belonging to the family Chorosidae, which is considered vulnerable in our country (threatened according to the IUCN Red List). Polyporus can be found at the roots of trees and stumps, from which it takes nutrients. From a traditional Chinese medicine perspective, the main effect of Polypore is that it removes Shi (dampness) from the body, which tends to accumulate in various parts of the body, typically around the ankles. But maybe also in the fingers of the upper limbs or in the face. Like other vital mushrooms, Polyporus can support Wei Qi (defensive Qi).
