Dosage

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of an extract of the Brazilian Acerola cherry.

Pornatia cocos (Poria cocos) is an edible, vital mushroom belonging to the order Chorosotvar. In China it is known as Fu Ling and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for over 2000 years. Because of its ability to remove Shi (dampness) from the body while strengthening the Qi energy of the Spleen, it is added to most traditional Chinese phytotherapy recipes and is thus probably the most commonly used mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine. Pi Qi (Spleen energy) is the system responsible for the production of Qi and blood, i.e. fuel our bodies. It is not enough to care about the quality of the food we take in, the quality and strength of Pi (Spleen) is also important. And the Pornatka or coconut pornatka is one of the means that can effectively strengthen the Spleen system. In its effect it is similar to the vital mushroom Polyporus. Polyporus, however, is better at removing Shi (moisture), whereas Pornatka is more effective at strengthening Pi (Spleen).
