Mycomedica Tremella powder BIO 100 g

Sundew (sundew or silver sundew, Tremella fuciformis) is a firm part not only of Chinese gastronomy, but also of traditional Chinese medicine. MycoMedica offers Tremella in the form of mushroom powder (powder/biomass), where the dried mushroom fruit is ground into a very fine powder using a special shellbroken method, which disrupts the chitin coating of the cell and releases the active ingredients. Compared to the extract, this form has a more gentle action. Tremella contains various types of polysaccharides, e.g. glucomannans, glucuronoxylomannans (tremellasin), fibre, selenium, amino acids and vitamins of groups B and D. Our Tremella is grown on an organic substrate based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum.

Usual dose1 - 3 g per day with a minimum of half an hour between meals. Stir in approx. 1 dcl of water and drink (1 aligned teaspoon = 2 g of powder). It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days. Take on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age.
