How to take Nalgesin S?

Nalgesin S can be taken by adults and children over 12 years of age with a body weight greater than 50 kg. The usual dose is 1 tablet every 8-12 hours. For severe pain you can take 2 tablets at the same time at the beginning of treatment or one hour apart. No more than 3 tablets per day should be taken. Patients over 65 years of age are recommended to take the product at least at 12-hour intervals. Do not take Nalgesin S for more than 10 days without consulting your doctor. Always take this medicine exactly as directed in the package insert or by your doctor or pharmacist.

Ingredients

The active ingredient is naproxen sodium. One coated tablet contains naproxenum natricum 275 mg. Other ingredients are povidone, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, magnesium stearate in the tablet core and the coating system of Opadra YS-1-4215 blue (hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol, indigocarmine aluminium lacquer (E 132)) in the coating layer.

Contraindications

The product is not intended for children under 12 years of age. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Read the package insert carefully.

Nalgesin S 275 mg coated tablets is a medicine for internal use. It contains the sodium salt of naproxen. Read the package leaflet carefully. If the pain persists, do not hesitate to contact a doctor.

Storage

Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the packaging after "EXP". The expiry date shall be the last day of the month indicated. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
