Glycerin, water, Cordyceps sinensis - whole mushroom extract (10:1).
Recommended dosage
Add 15 - 30 drops (1 - 2 ml) to cold water. Consume 2 - 3 times a day. You can also drip the herbal tincture on a teaspoon and drink it alone. You can also add it to your tea or other favourite beverage. One teaspoon has approximately 5 ml.
